   Amanda and Bryan are amazing! They have helped me keep my thyroid on track for years, but I was so ecstatic when they started offering Semaglutide injections for weight loss. They explained all of the side effects in depth and gave me a prescription for Zofran to help manage nausea just in case I needed it (I never needed it). I went in every 4 weeks and they assessed my side effects as well as my progress and adjusted my dosage accordingly. It was the best experience and I lost 38 pounds in 5 months!!
